COMPANY

The Company was founded in 2015. Currently we have offices in USA, Holland and Chile.

We are a company with experience in solved complex engineering equations and its real applications by the development of new products and solved industrial engineering challenges for the Aerospace industry. In our team we have Mechanical, Mathematical and Aerospace Engineers. The company is mainly dedicated to develop highly ended mathematics, software and electronics. We developed the CRG-197 PAV (Passenger Aerial Vehicle) as a new efficient, ultra stable and safe way of travel.

In 2015, Castillo Capponi Aerospace (CCA) started working on 3 crucial softwares that allowed the high-ended design of the CRG-197.

The first software was an implementation of a Panel Method to predict lift over aerodynamic profiles. The software was based on vortex lines and the calculation of an unsteady wake. It was developed by Fernando Rodas as a thesis to obtain the Mechanical Engineer grade and later published in colaboration with Pablo Castillo.

They continued developing sofware oriented to the Aeronautic Industry. The team developed CCFoil to study aerodynamic profiles. This software implements a transpiration theory over the boundary layer, using preview tools to calculate the wake accurately.

The company also developed a software to run static and fatigue tests over structures. They implemented a Finite Element Method (FEM) with a new theory of crack growth.

The combination of this softwares allowed the company to design the mechanical and aerodynamics very precisely. In addition of this, Betronka developed a flight simulator to virtually test the vehicle in all posibles scenarios.

Over the 5 years of development of the CRG-197, Betronka tested every step and created many tools to study deeply every phenomena involved in the flight of the CRG-197.

Betronka has developed algorithms for computation of a fusion of sensors with robust charasteristics and assured convergence. This algorithms are the basis for the CRG-197 control system.

The CRG-197 Control System was developed in a 5 year period of continous integration and testing of technologies until the strict goal of having no singularities or lack of convergence in any point of operation was achieved. The design was oriented to be robust, precise, safe and super easy to fly.

The company created a two independent joystick navigation system, one for traslation over the plane, and other one for controling the attitude and direction. It was meant to be flought easier than a bycicle, without even requiring complex training. It was designed for everyone.
